How To Lose 4% Body Fat In 28 Days

Put it this way, no one ever said they want to gain 4% body fat, did they?

Back on New Year’s Eve 2015 I posted about how I bulked to 80kgs.

Starting Monday 1 February 2016 and for the following 28 days I’m aiming to cut and lose 4% fat while maintaining strength…

…and maybe even hit single digit body fat in the process.

But, one of the biggest challenges is that picking goals and sticking to them is really hard, even if they are for 28 days and especially if you do it alone.

Anyone in my challenge places a small bet on themselves that they can lose 4% of their body weight within 28 days.

2 days before my challenge starts, participants must submit their starting weight and two clothed photos (all private within the Diet Bet platform.)

At the end of the 28 days, participants must submit their final weight and two clothed photos (again all private within the Diet Bet platform.)

Anyone in the challenge who loses 4% of their body weight, splits the purse (minus Diet Bets fee) between all of the winning participants.

It’s not winner take all challenge like The Biggest Loser.

Equally, anyone in the challenge who doesn’t reach the goal forfeits their bet to the purse divided between all winning participants (more here).

So, my Diet Bet Challenge is for anyone who wants to lose some weight, whether that is 3kg or 30kg.

And to enter my Diet Bet Challenge costs you a $20 bet.

If you lose 4% of your body weight you are guaranteed to get your money back (and possibly a split of the remaining purse.)
